Inoculand Ltd covers all aspects of pest control in Wandsworth from £39 for Wasp Nest Removal, £89 for Mice and Insect Control and £129 for Mouse Proofing with 1 year guaranty.
What makes Inoculand Pest Control different from other Wandsworth pest control companies? We offer a friendly and affordable pest control service throughout and our prices start from as little as £39.
At Inoculand we’re highly-qualified, and use our knowledge of pest behaviour and infestation to devise strategies that actually work. In fact we’re so confident about our methods that all work is guaranteed for up to 12 months – much higher than the industry norm.
Mice behave as a population that is subject to the environmental constraint such as room and food.
When you carry out some treatment you actually deplete the stock of mice that is in and around your property. The remaining bait will then act as a buffer of activity but soon or later the bait will be finished/gone off and/or the surrounding mice population will have build up again to previous level.
This can be further exacerbated if a neighbour is doing some refurbishment/decluttering etc..
1) We will want to carry out a round of mice treatment. We use professional peanut butter bait and canary seed bait that is fresher and much superior than commercial baits. Wenormally charge £89 regardless of the size of the property. However in some case we do charge £109 when the home is very large or the amount of bait extensive.
2) the solution to mice coming in ultimately mice not coming in any more. The same way you wish to keep burglar out, you will have to look at carrying out the mouse proofing in the future. This way the surrounding mice population won’t have access to your living space and thus, you won’t have to worry about cross contamination and diseases. Mouse proofing would start at £129 for a studio/1bed flat, and £158 for a 2-3 bed flat with 1 year guaranty.
Note: mouse proofing do applies when tenant have irrational fear of mice, or tenant are prone to catching infections (immuno depressed, babies..) or if the infestation is always returning on a regular basis. If your home is on an upper floor, the floor down below must be affected to some extent: mice do not fly and you do not bring them in your handbag, consequently there is no argument that mice need to go through the ground floor level.
Note: In case of terraced houses, the mice may travel up and down but also side ways. When you notice mice activity in you home you should always let all your next doors neighbours know about it (even more so if converted into flats).
