Mice Treatment – from £89
After a thorough inspection, baits will be placed, whenever possible, in the void spaces where the mice are gaining access. This will ensure that mice do not have to enter the living space of your home in order to eat the poison provided. We will inform you of where the mice are gaining access from, as well as how to keep them at bay by implementing proofing measures. A few control baits will be placed in your living space for easy monitoring. We are always readily available should you need to replenish your baits, or wish us to re-inspect your premises.
Mice Proofing – from £129
Busy clients may not have the time, or skills, to implement proofing measures themselves. As the owner of Inoculand, I worked as a Pest Control Officer for the London Borough of Lambeth Environmental Health department for many years, and in all those years, I can honestly say that I haven’t seen one contractor carry out mice proofing thoroughly, efficiently and inexpensively enough. Our Mice Proofing service is our best value service as it comes with a one year guarantee, at no extra charge. And unlike our Mice Treatment service alone, which can take time, it will give you the instant peace of mind that you crave. The only downside to this service is that it can take up to 6-7 hours to complete for a typical 3 bedroom house.
Cockroach Treatment – from £89
Cockroaches (CR) travel easily within the void space by following wires and pipes from one home to the next. Most people, when faced with CR activity, will use a commercial CR-spray to eradicate the problem. This, however, causes the CRs to continue to breed within the void space, away from the pesticides. Additionally, spraying may cause CRs to withdraw from the sprayed area and spread to the surrounding properties which increases your chances of being re-infested in the future. The solution is to use a bait formulation, Goliath Gel, that spreads (a bit like a disease) within the CR population. The bait formulation kills CRs wherever they hide and breed, even within domestic appliances and walls. Whilst a commercial spray remains active for only two-three weeks and requires you to empty your cupboards and leave the premises during the course of the treatment, the Goliath Gel will remain active for up to three months and you won’t need to empty any cupboards or need to leave for any length of time at all.
Bed Bug Treatment – from £89
Bed bugs are clearly one of the most difficult pests to deal with. To this end, our approach is to over-treat, rather than under-treat, an infestation. We use a mix of pesticides in high concentration that are known to work well together, thus increasing their potency. All sleeping stations and surrounding areas will be treated thoroughly, including the walls and floors of bedrooms where bed bugs are expected to be found. Additionally, we will treat all communal areas, even the kitchen and bathrooms, where bed bugs are not expected to be found. In our experience, bed bugs have been found in the communal areas of a premises on more than one occasion by former clients. This is because our clients, not knowing that they are infested, have spread the bugs by moving contaminated items such as mattresses, bedding, suitcases, furniture, etc… from one room to the other.
Rat Treatment – from £89
Please note that many London Boroughs provide a free rat treatment service to domestic premises, regardless of whether you are a tenant or a landlord. Wasps Nest Treatment – from £39
This is a straight forward service that mainly requires us to locate the wasp nest or its entry point. Once treated, the wasps should be eradicated as early as the next morning. If ever you still have activity, we will return at no extra charge. It is possible that there aren’t any nests to destroy – some clients suffer from wasp activity when, for example, the wasps are feeding on nearby shrubs, ivy or trees. If this is the case, you will be provided with the best possible advice and won’t be charged.
Pigeon Problems – Price On Request (based on work required)
